registered with Menas Associates via our online registration form. Once you
have
your user name and password you can post a message on any forum. Do remember to
register using a pseudonym if you do not want your name to
be public.

responsible for the content, of any postings on the Focus Forums. To the full
extent
permissible by law Menas Associates Ltd shall have no liability for any damage
or
loss (including, without limitation, financial loss, loss of profits, loss of
business or any indirect or consequential loss), however it arises, resulting
from
the use of any material appearing in the Focus Forums or from any action or
decision taken as a result of using the postings in the forums.
